Zirconia, 3Y and 5Y
Dense, opaque, and stronger than the tooth next to it. Milled oversize, sintered at 1,530 °C, and the first choice for anything under load.

Lithium disilicate
Glass ceramic that lets light through the way enamel does. Milled soft or pressed, crystallised, then bonded rather than cemented.
